The company was founded in April 2015, and its chairman, Kulila Yimanbek, is the representative inheritor of Xinjiang Kazakh folk pattern culture, an intangible cultural heritage project at the regional level. The company has a building area of 800 square metres, including processing workshop, training classroom of 500 square metres, exhibition hall of 160 square metres, design room of 60 square metres, tailoring room dormitory and so on of 80 square metres, which can accommodate more than 100 people for employment, and it is a Kazakh ethnic embroidery base integrating women's training, business management, R&D and design, technical guidance, and product sales. Now it mainly produces embroidery, handicrafts, ethnic clothing, tourism products, etc. In 2024, it signed an agreement with the Geopark to become a partner of the geopark and jointly develop embroidery and felt products with the geopark's characteristic patterns.
