Located in the northeastern part of the Geopark, it is the first village on the source of Irtysh River and enjoys the reputation of "the first village of Irtysh River". As an important folk village in the geopark, it has been awarded the honourable titles of National AAA Grade Tourist Scenic Spot, National "One Village, One Product" Demonstration Village, China's Beautiful Leisure Countryside, Autonomous Region's Characteristic Villages, the Second Batch of National Key Villages of Rural Tourism, and the First Geological and Cultural Village in Xinjiang, and so on. The area of the village is 9 square kilometres, with arable land of 3,156 acres, pasture area of 656 acres, maximum feeding capacity of 4,000 heads (only), and a collective land area of 30 acres. The total population of the village 220 households 793 people, in 2023 the village collective income of 620,000 yuan, per capita income of 23,668,000 yuan.
Talat village adhere to the "industry to develop the village", the integration of agriculture and animal husbandry and tourism development, virtuous cycle, the ice and snow tourism and village development and construction of close integration. Solidly promote the integration of production and village, through the development of characteristics of the lodging, and constantly increase the income of residents, the village has a total of 72 Nongjiale, family hotel, direct transfer of rural labour force employment of 320 people. The village infrastructure is complete, water supply and drainage facilities are better. 2023 received a total of 246,400 tourists, to achieve tourism spending income of 1994.09 million yuan.
