Abstract: along with our country the world geological park and the establishment of national geological park planning, geological parks more and more get the favour of mass tourism, but because our country geological park system set up time is shorter, geological tour guide training and management is relatively loose, so for this kind of situation, in this paper, starting from the meaning and nature of geological park tour guide, detailed discussed the geological park guide's personnel training content and training methods, and how to do a good job in management to establish a reasonable and effective geological park guide's personnel management system.,

In recent years, our country of the world geological park and constantly planning to establish a national geological park, built in the current domestic there are 18 world geological park, national geological park, 138. Geological park tourism has gradually become the hotspot of mass tourism visit, more and more tourists come to geological park tourism, but these scenic spots due to strong professionalism, geological features prominent, most tourists do not realize the geological park by the geological process of shape characteristics of the magical landscape. So, must strengthen the internal personnel training and management of geological park, especially strengthen directly in the face of the tourist guide service personnel management and training.
